1. Service Description

Revive Lux Drip offers mobile IV therapy services aimed at enhancing hydration, wellness, and recovery. Services are administered by qualified and trained professionals at the client’s preferred location, subject to service area coverage.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Upfront Payment
All clients are required to make an upfront payment of $100 AUD to confirm and secure their booking. This payment is non-refundable unless otherwise specified under Section 5 (Cancellations & Refunds).

2.2. Travel Fee
A travel fee applies to each mobile service appointment and will be added to the total cost of the service.

2.3. Payment Method
Payments must be made via approved payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash) at the time of booking.

3. Client Responsibilities

– Clients must be 18 years or older or accompanied by a legal guardian.
– Clients must sign and submit a waiver form prior to attending the service.
– Clients must provide accurate medical history and disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or current medications before treatment.
– Clients must be present at the scheduled location and time. A grace period of 15 minutes will be provided. Failure to be available may result in cancellation with no refund (see Section 5).

4. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Revive Lux Drip services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients with serious or chronic medical conditions should consult a licensed healthcare provider before proceeding with IV therapy.

Revive Lux Drip and its practitioners reserve the right to decline service if it is deemed unsafe or medically inappropriate to proceed.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1. Client-Initiated Cancellations
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to booking will not be eligible for a refund of the $100 upfront payment.

5.2. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of the upfront payment and may incur a rebooking fee.

5.3. Business-Initiated Cancellations
If Revive Lux Drip must cancel an appointment for any reason, a full refund or reschedule option will be offered at no additional cost to the client.

5.4. Service

If no service have been provided to the client, travel fee will still be processed and not refunded.

6. Liability Waiver

By booking and receiving IV therapy services from Revive Lux Drip, the client acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with IV infusion therapy and agrees to release Revive Lux Drip and its staff from any liability resulting from adverse reactions or complications, except in cases of gross negligence.

7. Privacy Policy

All client information is handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or in cases of medical emergency.

8. Amendments

Revive Lux Drip reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our official website and will take immediate effect upon posting.
